What is Swimply?
Swimply is like AirBnb for pools. Since most pools don’t get used often, it’s a great way to share awesome pools (like ours!) with the local community.
Can I have a DJ and/or a party where guests pay an entrance fee?
We don’t allow loud parties since this is a residential neighborhood nor do we allow “pay to enter” events. We want all guests to have fun but remain respectful of our awesome neighbors! You can bring a Bluetooth speaker if you’d like!
What are your rules?
It’s very important that all guests follow our rules:
🎶No screaming, yelling or really loud music.
👶🏾Non-potty trained guests must wear a swim diaper.
🚬No smoking allowed on the property.
🍷NO GLASS allowed. $1000 drain fee if broken glass is found in or around pool/spa.
🗑️Clean up area of all trash and garbage before leaving.
🤿Anyone who steps onto the property gets counted as a guest. No rotating guests.
🏊Children must be always supervised, no lifeguard on duty.
⏰Please arrive no earlier and leave no later than the end of your reservation.
If you are hosting a large group, your reservation must include any time you may need for setup and clean up.
What is the parking like?
You can park on the long driveway or on the street in front of the house. Please make sure not to block any driveways.
Can we set up decorations?
Absolutely! You can bring your own tables, chairs, banners, etc. We do not allow glitter, streamers or popping of balloons as they can damage the pool filtration system. You’ll need to include the time for set up and break down within your reservation window.
