Accurate information

When you submit our form, please give us accurate information and only submit a property you own or are authorized to sell. We rely on what you tell us when we prepare an offer, so wrong information means a wrong number.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit someone else’s personal information without their permission
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect information from the site, or try to get around our spam protection

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
